We 100% guarantee that every piece of body jewelry sold is completely new and has never been worn. Due to the personal nature of body jewelry, and for the safety of our customers, all sales are final.

Damaged/Lost Jewelry
We repair jewelry purchased from us that is damaged or broken due to manufacturer defects. Send an email to mettleandsilver@gmail.com with a description/photo of the jewelry. Jewelry repairs may only be processed through the original purchaser. Please be aware that we do not replace lost jewelry, and under no circumstances are we responsible for any lost jewelry.
Traditional Jewelry
We are happy to accept returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase on traditional, non body jewelry items. Items can be returned for a store credit, exchange, or refund. See details below.
- ltems must be in their original, unworn condition
- Resized items, custom projects, special orders, items purchased at markets or trunk shows are final sale
- All international orders are final sale
- All shipping fees are non-refundable
- All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee
We do offer resizing and alterations on pieces when it is feasible with the item design.
