Salt Ring

Description

A statement making ring. All brass salt cast rings are made from dropping liquid hot metal into salts and then finding the uniqueness in each individual piece left behind. This particular series of rings have been left with the metal bare, as in there is no patina treatment on them. What this will mean for the wearer is that the deep recesses of the sculpture will darken over time. With wear the high points of the piece will remain bright, allowing this item to age with grace and become more intriguing as time goes on. Now featuring a sterling silver band.
